Being equipped with much knowledge about the whole thing also helps to deal with it in a diplomatic manner. This can only be done if you got much patience and being cool at all times. For you to keep your cool, try to be as mentally stable as you possibly can be whenever you feel jealous.

Couples tend to have some serious problems within them. It is how they handle these problems that help them get through. Jealous with someone dear to you is one problem. Insecurity and jealousy are connected. Experts on this matter agree that most people get jealous when they become insecure. Being jealous is not bad as long as you know how to handle it.
