If price is not a big concern, and one or two surfaces are enough for what you decide to print, a new option is to use plastic instead of the traditional paper. You can get plastic in a variety of colors, or in clear or a frosted translucent. If you prefer to stick with paper, but want to be different, there are now many color options available. That pop of color in a stack of white cards could make yours really stand out from the rest.
Another new option is to put your photograph somewhere on the document. They say a picture is worth a thousand words, and that just might work in your favor. The photo will help your customer associate your face with your name and company, and might make it easier for him to feel like he knows you better than others. This could give you an edge when he is deciding which product to buy, which is exactly the purpose of the card in the first place.
